DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Philips Real Estate is the department within Philips worldwide responsible for all Buildings in the Corporate Real Estate Portfolio and for the Operational Facility Management of these Buildings. The Philips Real Estate (PRE) Organisation is comprised of three organizational groups being: i) the EMEA Regional Organisation which is responsible for all Real Estate and Facility Management operations in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Sub-Indian continent. ii) a similar Regional Organisation for Asia and the Americas iii). The CRE Competence Center is responsible for the development of Corporate Processes, Organizational Strategies, Programs, Tools, Systems, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines. This includes the high profile Workplace Innovation program which provides Philips employees with the framework, guidance and tools to support a new way of working, involving increased mobility, shared use of space and technology, and management by results. There are several key strategies currently being planned and implemented by all three parts of the PRE organization. These are; Portfolio Planning across the entire global portfolio & cost reduction Feasibility process, reviewing the opportunity to increase the utilization of the portfolio. Workplace Innovation which will offer the Philips Employees more flexible working in a new modern WPI real estate environment, utilizing advance information technology and new working practices. Total Facility Management (TFM); an integral one stop shopping facility management concept The PRE EMEA Regional Organisation is responsible for the deployment of these strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES This senior level position leads and manages the development,and implementation of the new Workplace Innovation solutions for the region EMEA, including the Indian sub-continent and Pakistan. Your responsibilities include: -Understanding the magnitude of change to the culture in which people will work in the future. Promote the Workplace Innovation Program at all levels of the company within the Region and understand, develop and manage the Change Management Program related to changing the culture and ways of working of Philips Employees -Providing support to Real Estate Portfolio Managers and their internal customers (business leaders) in planning, and communicating the change to a more mobile workstyle -Acting as the single point of responsibility for the planning and delivery of all Projects across the EMEA region -Managing both the internal and external resources required to implement the regional Project Delivery services -Providing regular Project Delivery Management reports on the status of all EMEA Project Delivery -Interface with the Business Management where required to achieve Project Delivery success -Support the various Competence Centre strategies including Portfolio Planning, Feasibility Studie |
