As a Business Unit Controller you will be a Business Partner and Enabler who will manage business data and KPIs in strategy implementation. You will be involved in planning and budgeting as well as identifying business opportunities. You will: - initiate detailed activity plans as a partner of the appropriate Functions and Departments within the Corporation - manage and lead Business Development Projects - provide monthly reports in all relevant dimensions (sales, prices, margins, project reports) - support the Business Unit in monitoring and steering the strategy implementation - support Business Unit team members in financial issues As a Strategic Controller you will: - develop and implement state-of-the-art finance and change management concepts (e.g. Beyond Budgeting) - participate in the corporate strategic planning process and the implementation of strategic initiatives - lead financial analyses and track investment opportunities - University degree or (equivalent) with focus on Finance, Controlling or Accounting (Masters Level) or an engineering degree with post-graduate education (MBA) - fluency in English and German, any additional language is a plus - readiness to quickly excel in a leading finance position and to embrace an international career - passion to start and implement initiatives and proposals - around 4 years working experience - proven business understanding and entrepreneurial thinking with ability to steer multi-dimensional processes - project and change management experience, preferably within an international environment Avantages divers : Our client offers competitive package and an entry to an international career in Finance and Controlling and the opportunity to become a Finance Business Partner in a market organisation as a next step.
