The Chief Financial Officer is a key executive role with overall accountability for the finance, procurement and IS functions. As part of the senior management team, this is a key position requiring someone to be both financially hands-on and able to drive the business from a commercial perspective. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a successful and forward thinking business. Working closely with the Managing Director, the key aspects of the role will include: - Design, implementation and evolution of the company's Finance/Procurement and IS strategy. - Maintenance and development of fully robust control environment. - Bringing a high level of engaging leadership to the Egyptian Finance function. - Provision of Finance expertise and commercial drive to the Egyptian Executive Management Committee and business. - Partnering with the business to develop value creating alternative strategies. - Development of strong external relationships including banking community, auditor and advisors. A la tête du département, vous êtes responsable de tous les aspects de planning stratégique et opérationnel du département financier. Dans votre fonction vous serez le (la) garant(e) de la bonne tenue de l'établissement des états financiers et de la comptabilité générale. Vous assurez la remontée des informations de gestion vers le siège et alertez le management sur les priorités de contrôle interne. Vous managez la gestion de la trésorerie et des plans de financement des centres de profit. Vous participer auprès de la Direction Générale du site aux opérations de développement We seek a qualified accountant with a minimum of 10 years of Management experience in finance, accounting department of large corporation, preferably in port / shipping industry. You must have strong financial skills, strong commercial acumen, broad business perspective and understanding of the importance of customers. Interpersonally, you convey confidence and composure, lead from the front, influence and motivate positive change through exceptional relationship management skills. You are fluent in English and Arabic. De formation supérieure en gestion de type école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire, vous bénéficiez d'au minimum 10 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire acquise idéalement dans le secteur portuaire/maritime/shipping.
