Integrated within the Finance department, you will be responsible for (the majority of) the Swiss site's Internal Control. Working with our Group's Internal Control Framework, you will - Perform risk identification and evaluation of our major processes to ensure adherence to legal reporting requirements (French LSF and Swiss Articles 728a/b and 663b CO). - Identify, track and ensure completion of Action Plans formalize and optimize internal procedures with the departments concerned You will be collaborating mainly with the internal "Process Owners" within the company. You must understand how a production-distribution company functions. You will need to give the impulse, provide necessary accompanying support and ensure advancement; however, you cannot (and must not) do everything yourself.
