Directly reporting to the Finance Director Construction, you will be mainly responsible for ensuring the effective control and management of all requirements with regards to Delegation Model implementation and operation. This will include : - Have a clear understanding of existing Delegation Models, processes and systems and actively manage implications arising from them - Ensuring adequate training on Delegation Model requirements in order to meet all Alstom's requirements in respect of the controlling of the projects - Ensuring that the accounting for the Inter Business agreements is in accordance with the Alstom's accounting guidelines and instructions - Applying on-shore and off-shore tax legislation to assist relevant parties to the Inter Business Human Resource agreements - Assisting relevant parties with effective problem solving which may occur on a daily basis - Performing annual site reviews and report on issues with regards to Delegation Model requirements - Implementing and maintaining delegation module requirements as requested from Management. For this challenging opportunity, the ideal candidate will have: - Proven finance & accounting academic background ideally with tax as main focus (Bachelor, Master) - At least 2 years experience in Inter-company transactions with a Global company - Experience in international tax and transfer pricing with regards to Inter-company transactions - Strong financial accounting (IFRS, GAAP) and tax knowledge - Outstanding communication skills, fluency in English is a must - Willingness to travel (monthly). michael Page Contact : Your application will be sent to David O'Brien (Zurich office), please quote the job reference FDOB25144.
