Directly reporting to the Finance Director Construction, you will be mainly responsible for : - Development, maintenance and training users for financial tools and processes. - Development and coordination of initial training for Site Controllers - Ensuring that financial tools and processes are in accordance with Alstom's quality guidelines and instructions - Establish, document and developments in new and existing financial tools and processes - Research with colleagues in field of expertise - People Management & Development. For this challenging opportunity, the ideal candidate will have: - Proven academic background - Degree in Finance and Business management or equivalent qualification majoring in Finance - Experience of financial systems and processes in construction or engineering environment is essential. - Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must - A results oriented individual - Team player and leadership qualities - Strong ability to influence, guide and provide critical feedback - Willingness to travel Michael Page Contact : Your application will be sent to David O'Brien (Zurich office), please quote the job reference FDOB25632.
