Reporting to the Project Director/Manager the candidate will have the following responsibilities: - Provides assistance to the Project Director / Manager in the management of the legal contractual aspects of JV consortium agreements leading any consequent issue pertaining to claims litigations among the parties. - Liaises with Corporate Legal department concerning potential serious disputes with the Client. - Preparation of Contractor's Monthly Statement (including organizing the records and measurement). - Preparation and submission of requests for Extensions of Time (contractual notices included). - Preparation and agreement of the Final Measurement/Account incl. statement at completion and final statement. - Contractual correspondence and provision of contractual advice and support to the Project Manager and Department Heads on a routine basis. - Requests for Taking-Over Certificates. - Administration of Subcontractors and Major Equipment Suppliers (monthly valuation, liabilities, contra charges, counter claims, progress monitoring and relations).
