In a Pan-EMEA role, you act as a technical expert to support Logix products technology acquisition, mostly for Food & Beverage and OEM industries You will have the following responsibilities: - Create demonstrations (application, script) that are used by the local sales teams on standard demo cases - Gather information concerning the capabilities/application of company products, analyse and solve highly complex technical problems. - Prepares product analysis to instruct sales force and customers in product capabilities and inform regularly the sales force about product status, changes and updates - Ensure Trade show support - creating applications that run on demo panels (in partnership with trade show team and product marketing) - Support for pre-sales escalation for local teams (25%) in the form of proof of concept and demonstrations - Support for post-sales escalation for CSM (25%) - Support Training & Assessment department in creation of training content and delivery - Support development of marketing programs that support the product range (review literature, etc) - Support Commercial Events (Automation University, On Tour, etc) Provide a foundation for Rockwell Automation's reputation of excellence and knowledge of automation technology. With a technical background and a successful applied automation systems knowledge in one of the main focus areas (packaging. converting, print, web handling and material handling, you have a minimum of three years experience in application engineering or in maintenance with industrial automation technology. Passionate about technical challenge, your true motivation is to dig further and further into the technical aspect of things. You like to transmit the knowledge that you have acquired and are able to lead internal trainings related to the product range . Fluent in English, you master at least one other European language. you are a self-starter and are able to set your own priorities between various tasks and assignments. Able to work independently, you have good interpersonal and communication skills.
