Reporting to the Concessions Director, the chosen candidate will be responsible for the following functions at national and international level: - Managing the technical and human resources for which he is responsible. - Contributing to the development of Offers concerning operations and maintenance. - Following-up the works with a view to future Operations and Maintenance management in the plants. - Negotiating and subsequent managing of Operation and Maintenance contracts. - Taking on and Optimizing the utilzation and Maintenance underway. - Managing teams (own team as well as subcontracted). We are looking for an Industrial, Civil or Chemical Engineer or similar, with the following experience: - Extensive and varied experience in water services companies. Direct participation in: offers and projects, works, utilization and maintenance of ETAP, EDAR and Desalination plants. - Knowledge of hydraulic infrastructures. - A proven knowledge of concession contracts for hydraulic infrastructures as well as evaluation of companies and financial models would be appreciated. The chosen candidate will be dynamic, proactive and have high capabilities for managing and coordinating. A very high level of English is essential and a good level of French would be highly valued.
