Member of the Board, you will take full accountability for business planning, commercial and operational activities for a $ 650 million business which is comprised of 4 milling and processing sites and staff of around 700. You will present and implement a strategic plan for growth and profitability improvement, focusing on growing the basic food market as a percentage of overall business activity and considering further product diversification. You will also suggest a future structure to support the growth of the business, train the teams towards a customer satisfaction culture and develop best practice business processes. *Membre du Comité de direction, vous pilotez dans tous ses aspects une entreprise réalisant 650 M $ de CA sur 4 sites de production (minoterie et fabrication de produits alimentaires), employant un total de 700 personnes. Vos responsabilités sont stratégiques, opérationnelles et commerciales ; vous suggérerez une nouvelle organisation, conduirez les équipes vers une culture qualité et service de standards internationaux, proposerez des axes de diversification porteurs de croissance. For this highly strategic position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in an FMCG environment with full profit and loss accountability.
