As manager in the corporate finance division, your role will entail: - Having an active commercial role: developing business opportunities & maintaining optimal client relationship - leading the assignment: determining steps to follow in defined timeframe and liaising with all the necessary third parties (external/internal consultants, IT, HR, other experts) when necessary for appropriate completion of the deal. - Working on a wide range of financial transactions and challenging valuation approaches. - Deepening your sector knowledge, and gaining greater exposure to a wide range of industries & global markets - working in an environment with high level tools and methodology that you will contribute to improve. - Bringing your expertise to advise your clients in their business from inception to value building as well as to ultimate value realisation or recovery - Identifying problem areas and seeking solutions as well as coaching the junior members of staff. - Reporting back directly to the Partner or Director, to provide quality work - Creating the best team dynamism and coach junior team members - You have over 5 years of relevant experience of large, highly complex assignments related to corporate finance or transaction services: corporate strategy, financial modelling, valuations testing (Net Present Value, Fair Value, impairement testing, etc.) - You possess a strong academic background in business management as well as in Finance/accounting. A professional qualification is desirable e.g. ACA, CPA , CFA, MBA,. - You have a team-spirit and entrepreneurial behaviour, you are professional with excellent client relationship skills and like delivering high quality work. - You possess strong analytical, project management , leadership and managerial skills - You closely follow the market dynamics and are aware of the changes in rules and regulations - You are fluent in English.
