CASH & FX ANALYST GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES § - FX management + Responsible for managing the Company's global foreign exchange risk management programs in compliance with approved corporate policies and SFAS 133, including planning, executing and reporting on the company's global foreign exchange risk management programs. + Calculation of currency exposures and positions by currency each day Implementation of hedging strategies under direction Coordinate FX activity at the in-house bank Participate in the implementation of enterprise-wide FX trade recording and reporting § - Cash management + Cash forecasting and daily position consolidation and monitoring in local and foreign currencies Management of the cash pools and all bank balances Ensures liquidity is available to meet all operational needs Management and improvement of cash collection processes Investment of all surplus funds within Group guidelines to minimize risk + Buying, selling, depositing and borrowing currencies by dealing with the Group's banking partners Reporting of all cash and currency positions to ETC management and Corporate Treasury Supervises reconciliation of bank accounts controlled by the ETC Carries out daily cash processes and determines overall cash position Reviews all cash management transactions Handles the account opening and closing formalities on instruction Assist with production of monthly and quarterly reports Maintains treasury files and produces new spreadsheets under instruction Assists with annual budgeting process To succeed in this role, candidates must have a university degree in Finance or Accounting, minimum 3 years experience in International Treasury / Foreign Exchange positions; PC skills and strong SAP knowledge; Strong communication and analytical skills; High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
