Description The PAC Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company's budgeted Parts, Accessories & Clothing (PAC) commercial objectives are attained within the assigned territory, while ensuring maximum profitability for the company. He / she will cover Europe, Middle East and Africa. His/her Objectives & Key Measurements: " In close collaboration with the European HQ based in Lausanne: - Develop, execute & follow-up marketing plans and commercial policies that are designed to increase the sales and profitability of PAC - Monitor & respond to opportunities and threats in the marketing mix (product, price, promotion & placement) - Provide input to the European Dealer development program - Develop and achieve commercial targets, review on-going follow up of commercial performance of distribution network (distributors & dealers) - Ongoing support to the PAC coordinators in the dealer direct markets - Evaluate and make recommendations to optimize the BRP supply chain management (forecasting, logistics, &) - Provide decision making support and recommendations for process improvements and organizational alignments. - Management of the European PAC team The PAC Manager shall be part of the European Management team You hold an university degree or equivalent in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration and have at least 5 years relevant sales experience in an environment where "service concept" and/or "after sales concept" is high. You are able to work well with other internal departments, perfectly understand the relation of PAC business within the whole organization, sales & after sales business process. You have a strong interest in BRP products, have sales drive & passion, have a "get the job done" attitude and are both creative and flexible. You can self-organize and are able to determine priorities. You are self-motivated, rigorous, have an open personality and excellent communication skills. You have a helicopter view on the organization and a good understanding of business processes. You have strong people skills and leadership by influence. You are fluent in English, knowledge of French or any other European language is an asset. Flexible, you are willing to travel up to 30%.
