- Identification and execution of business strategies in line with the management and Marketing department - Responsible for the sales force (Sales Managers and Sales Support Executives) and for optimizing work processes - Acquisition of new customers and expansion into new Spanish and European retail channels - Planning, management and direction of all activities and support services to achieve predetermined sales targets including the provision of adequate training and product awareness for each rep/distributor - Select, lead and motivate the sales team in order to achieve agreed targets - Key Account Management - Responsible for pricing for the retail channel - Planning and coordination of measures for merchandising and POS activities in collaboration with retail partners and the Marketing team - Coordination of DIY product lines at ABC affiliates in accordance with the Holding and the national management - An university degree in Engineering or Business studies or a professional apprenticeship - 3+ years experience within a related industry and a B2B sales position for explanatory industry goods - Proven record of successful sales projects with high completion rates - Self motivated and proactive with the ability to achieve objectives on a minimal supervision - Ability to target, measure and monitor sales projects and performances whilst keeping your team focused and motivated - Commitment and engagement to address new customers and to manage current clients in order to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities - Commercial negotiation skills and a very customer focused mindset - Very well spoken and written English and Spanish skills and preferably a good understanding of the German language - Willingness to travel extensively within Spain and periodically within Europe/Germany Michael Page Contact : Your application will be sent to Katharina Wiemann (Dusseldorf Office), please quote the job reference SDKW103562.
