| Description |
- Develop internal procedures for consolidation and IFRS reporting - Monitor the budget, forecast and direct reports to CFO - Lead monthly based projects: business plans, negotiations with suppliers, contracts - Ensure compliance with tax requirements and SOX - Increase co-operation between Finance department and other business units - Supervise internal and external audits - Manage a team of 13 people - Higher education degree in Finance, ACCA or CPA a plus - At least 3 years experience in Finance Control - Experience in IFRS, preferably from working with European companies - Previous experience in trading activities, involvement in sales process - Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English and at least operational in Russian.
