The main responsibilities associated with this position are: - Plan and deliver trainings to internal audiences (e.g. project managers, team members, etc) in conjunction with our clients HR department and external partners - Develop training concepts for our clients project leadership training catalogue - Contribute to the identification of our clients training requirements - Engage in discussions with stakeholders to develop our clients training curriculum and concepts - Liaise with external training support to ensure a constant exchange of salient knowledge The successful candidate will posess the following profile: - Scientific university degree and/or training certification coupled with at least 3 years training experience in a scietific environment - Fluent English, French and/or German would be a strong asset - At least 3 years direct experience in drug development - Ability to interact with an international team - Excellent organizational and communication skills coupled with a high level of professionalism and commitment - Strong analytical skills Michael Page Contact : Your application will be sent to Christoph Tepr ( Geneva Office), please quote the job reference VCTE21288 Our client is a global leader in the biotechnology domain.
