The candidate will play a key role in the development of the operations teams in Geneva through by managing them in a controlled manner. Furthermore, the candidate will provide leadership, direction and development to the teams in order to grow them significantly. The candidate will also manage a team of 5-6 seasoned Operations Managers. Main responsibilities The candidate will have the following responsibilities: " Define and implement strategy for the group " Accountability for effective and standard operational processes " Accountability for improving and maintaining a controlled environment " Budget preparation and monitoring " Managing relationship with internal clients " People and resource management The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven managerial and leadership track record in a similar role within the financial services sector. The candidate also possesses previous experience in change management and has a hands-on, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, flexible, self starter personality. The candidate is a fluent English speaker with excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work in an international environment.
