The Statutory Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the preparation of the Annual Accounts for France and several other European legal entities. The Statutory Reporting Specialist will also perform other related accounting tasks. Compilation of annual accounts according to local GAAP throughout Europe Ensure the correct execution of the European Statutory Accounting rules Support the Statutory Audit Process Produce timely Statutory reporting Maintain appropriate Statutory Ledgers Manage Statutory Inventory Balance controls Maintain appropriate Statutory Intercompany reconciliation Advise Management on any possible process improvements HBO / College degree, Bachelor or in economics/accounting/auditing Approx. 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an International (US-based) organization. Strong analytical and technical accounting skills, knowledge and experience with US and local Gaap Knowledge in French Bookkeeping and or Accountancy Experience with Audit process and strong excel skills Fluent in English and French. From their state-of-the-art European Service Center, located in Heijen near the German border, they control the inventory and logistics for distributing their merchandise in a timely fashion throughout Europe. The ESC employs another 150 people. For the European Headquarters in Vianen, we are currently looking to recruit a Statutory Reporting Specialist for Foot Locker. The Statutory Reporting Specialist is a member of the Finance Statutory and Tax team and reports directly to the Manager, Statutory Reporting. |
