As a Service Delivery Project Manager you will be in charge of : -Project Management and Order Management where and when required according to business needs in order to provide first class service delivery to business customers. -Acting in both, the customer's and company's interest to ensure that customer's requirements are met according to the SLA. Key tasks and accountabilities: -Project management of Service Implementation (VoIP) in close relation with alliance partners and the customer -Coordination of service implementation for local, national and international services -Responsibility of managed service implementation in due time (pheasability check, routing,purchase request ordering, configuring, ...) -Supporting key accounts -Propper and complete documentation of delivered services including update of the related order handling systems -Technician / Engineer Degree with further commercial education -Project Management experiences -At least 3 years experience in a telecommunication environment -Flexible, reliable, acting indepently and able to meet deadlines -Selfdriven , service oriented -French/English both fluent mandatory , German desirable -Ability to communicate and co-operate at all levels of the organisation Your application will be sent to Christophe Bulard (Geneva Office).
