- Manage all the consolidation process for a large range of companies. - Manage all the General Ledger issues. - Supervise all the day to day accounting. - Ensure all the Luxembourg tax follow up and VAT. - Ensure the quarterly reporting process. - Responsible for the internal audit and follow up of the processes. - Responsible for the forecasting process. - Responsible for the controlling of different new business lines in hedge fund and/or private equity. - Be able to understand and manage Merger & acquisition issues. - Strong experience in accounting, controlling and/or audit - Strong knowledge and experience in consolidation process. - Be proactive - Strong analytical skills. - Be able to analyze issues and solve problems. - Independent and autonomous in his/her job. - Flexible and assertive. - Be able to develop your network at all level of the organization. - Dynamic and to the point. - Previous experience in Big 4 is a plus. - ACCA qualification is a must. - Fluent in English.
