The successful candidate will be responsible for following areas: - Client relations/prospectations. - Sales team including personnel matters, such as recruitment, training. - Sales budgets, including promotion, marketing ideas. - Organisation of monthly dinner with existing or prospect clients. - Ensuring the boutique is fully equipped with all the necessary tools to cater for the customers in a highly professional manner. - Collaborating closely with the office team for the smooth running of the boutiques and for the welfare of the Company. - Planning of private visits to VIP customers. - Monitoring and supervising the daily activities of the boutique and discuss with the sales team during their meetings. The candidate possesses following requirements : - Dynamic and and innovative personality with ability to work individually and with your sales team. - Proven experience from similair job, within jewellery or watch sector. - Fluency in French and English for Geneva applicants, English for UK applicants. For both positions Russian or Arabic might be a useful asset but is not a must. - Ability to deal with VIP customers, and preferably possesses an already established network. - Ability to constructively handle all aspects of the sale. - Flexibility with working hours, Possibility to travel on short notice if needed occasionally.
