As a Banking Intern/Junior Consultant you will work in a dynamic and international team. This position will provide you with the tools to become a successful consultant provided that you are a motivated and hard working individual. As an intern, you will: - Learn about the banking industry, banking products and organisations - Become familiar with the different sectors in banking - Support your manager and Senior Consultants - Research the market and screen for suitable profiles and applications - Approve profiles and check documents - Phone contacts and conduct phone interviews - Organise interviews with Candidates - Learn to identify top profiles within specialized sectors - Attend face to face interviews with consultants - Coordinate international missions and work closely with consultants in our offices abroad - Improvement of the consultants' methods, templates, tools and working environment - Controlling the activity of consultants, benchmarking and reporting - Assist in creating advertisements - Daily support of the team The ideal candidate will have the following profile: - A university degree - Experience in banking or financial services advantageous - Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Be very dynamic, curious and adaptable - Display initiative and be a team player - Be able to multitask and have the ability to cope with a demanding workload - Fluency in English; German and/or French is a plus We are interested in dynamic individuals that wish to learn and grow with a market leading, global recruitment company.
