Within the Opreations Team, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading, coaching and development of the Production Quality Team - Definition and leading of the continuous improvement of products and processes, working closely to R&D and Production - Driving of the continuous improvement programs by implementing tools (8D, FMEA, 5S,etc, Six-Sigma,...) - MSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Micro-technology Engineering - At least 5 years industrial experience in management of a production quality team, preferably in the automative or medical devices sector - Experience in systematic problem solving (8D), advanced quality and continuous improvement tools (Lean, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, Six-Sigma, etc...) - Successful track record in the implementation of lean Manufacturing. - Fluent in French and English. German would be an asset.
