| Description |
- Building close working relationships with the HR Leaders of the different Business Units (within the Business line to be supported) and their teams to derive a clear unambiguous view of short, medium and long term staffing priorities for the business across EMEA. - Put in place clear specific and time-bound plans to support the identified business needs and secure agreement on priorities, scope and content. In conjunction with the Director of Staffing for EMEA and the Business Staffing Lead as appropriate. - Providing regular updates to key stakeholders on progress to agreed business specific staffing plans. - Ensuring that there is clear visibility of the Staffing COE Strategy, Improvement / Re-design projects and deliverables across the Businesses. - Playing a key role in identifying opportunities to drive recruitment process excellence initiatives working to incorporate them into the Regional COE Staffing Strategy as well as Business specific Staffing improvement plans. - Providing the Business with critical staffing metrics and management information in order to make data driven decisions, identify gaps, and drive improvements. - Lead and facilitate the execution of staffing plans directly and through internal & external partnerships by: o Using Technology to simplify, automate, and measure core staffing processes. o Driving increased utilization of technology by clearly articulating the benefits and engaging the support of key stakeholders. o Managing key implementation or service expansion projects such as co-sourcing solutions in conjunction with the regional staffing director. o Managing vendors and vendor partnerships in order to optimize performance. o Identifying, trialing and measuring new vendors / vendor partnerships to support business needs not covered by existing solutions. o Engaging the support of HR resources within both Country and Operations organizations as appropriate to execute plans. o Support efforts to improve the knowledge, skill and capability of HR resources in staffing core processes, including the management and provision of training delivery as required. - Ensuring compliance with applicant tracking and other business requirements. - Providing expertise on sourcing methodologies within EMEA, particularly growth markets. In addition you will be expected to: - Providing full life cycle recruiting for mid and senior level positions. - Assisting with the staffing of some critical internal roles. - Providing leadership and support to managers and HR staff engaged in staffing. - Providing Staffing subject matter expertise as and when required to support business critical recruitment projects. - Provide support as needed for Global COE Staffing Improvement projects. Specific skills you will need are: - Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment - Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management |
