As Marketing Manager for Norwey you will have full P&L responsibility for the norwegian market. You will effectively lead the norwegian acquisition team to continuously grow the norwegian market in both revenue and customers, through a variety of online and offline acquisition marketing channels. You will manage the norwegian acquisition marketing team and coordinate and optimize marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Affiliate, E-mail, Online, Print, etc.); negotiate and purchase online and offline media; administer and execute customer acquisition; and acquire, maintain and grow relationships with major online and offline advertising partners. The successful candidate will have experience working in conjunction with external and internal resources to coordinate online and offline acquisition performance and delivering to a targeted goal. The successful candidate will be a self-starting, motivated marketer willing to make a significant contribution to acquisition channels for VistaPrint. Online marketing experience required, as well as media buying in the online marketing channels. Direct response marketing background strongly preferred. - Takes ownership of the overall norwegian market, and drives the team in the channel development, including performing against monthly and quarterly targets - Develop & execute efforts as directed to maximize sales - Overall coordination of execution and optimizing of marketing campaigns - Negotiate and purchase primarily online media, but also offline media - Administer and execute online customer acquisition programs - Establish, maintain and grow relationships with large portals, online ad networks, etc. - Meet and exceed target levels for number of customers, overall bookings, marketing spend & contribution margin - Where necessary change tactics and approaches to ensure results by applying best practices - Manage and grow the norwegian acquisition marketing team - Utilize inside and outside resources (tools) to effectively manage spend and efficiency - Coordinate the strategy and channel development within the norwegian market - Share best practices with others in both the norwegian team as well as within the European marketing group - Ensure that rapid testing and learning are executed within the norwegian market on a channel level to achieve incremental growth and critical breakthroughs - Constant vigilance in program evaluation to evaluate program performance and provide recommendations for enhancements or discontinuation Salary: 50.000 to 60000 € (FIX) + 20000 (Bonus).
