- Report regularly on strategic and commercial development on activities and project results directly to the Business Development Director (BDD). In the same manner, the successful candidate will work hand-on-hand with the BDD to ensure the organization's successful business development. - Maintain and develop key customer portfolio. - Pilot and develop the company's activities in the Swiss market - Build up firm's development processes, such as, between others, market research, account management, contract negotiation, order completion. - Strong business acumen, allowing the candidate to successfully identify and evaluate business opportunities to later on negotiate and effectively settle these opportunities. - Strategy implementation and its further successful performance supervision. - Significant understanding of current industrial trends in the Swiss market. - Profit margins and ROI standards are capitalized on by a thorough management of prices and business contracts. - Large understanding of the firm's current/future customer base in order to develop key business drivers. - Strong Engineering/Technical background - Strong commercial sales track record with a sound experience of selling engineering solutions. - Compelling experience as Key OEM Account Management - Sound Customer Oriented background - Excellent and thorough negotiation experience - Excellent communicator (verbal & written) - Team-player and at the same time self-starter, and autonomous - Fluent in English/German/French - Leadership skills, Business acumen - Open to travel regularly Avantages divers : Attractive MICHAEL PAGE CONTACT : Your application will be sent to Christian Arroyo (Geneva Office) Please quote the job reference RCAR20017 Our client, an International leading and innovative high-technology company is looking for: |
