- Support the sales, technical service, and customer service teams. - Ensure efficient launch of new products in Europe. - Ensure efficient launch of new marketing programs in Europe. - Identify and maintain good relationships with key opinion leaders. - Determine, communicate and counteract competitive strategies and offerings. - Determine product development strategy, if applicable, and suggest product improvements in liaison with Corporate HQ in the U.S. - represent Europe in product development and communicate back to European stakeholders. - Promote and train to employees product advantages and benefits. - Optimize strategy, systems, structure, measures, rewards and culture for customer satisfaction and business results through continuous improvement. - Minimum 7 years relevant work experience. - Work experience in marketing, sales or strategic planning required. - Solid knowledge of marketing both theoretically and practically is required. - Self-starter candidate, capable of independently managing and prioritizing a large number of tasks in various stages of development. Your abilities are: - to develop program performance measures, analyze results and make recommendations. - to make decisions based upon sound analysis and logic. - to gain commitment and support for business decisions and motivate cross-functional team members through strong communication skills. - to lead market research projects and identify customer insights that will lead to more effective Sales performance.
