All internal and external consolidated financial reporting - Establish procedures, checks and balances to obtain highest quality of financial reporting - Responsible for all policies and procedures related to internal and external reporting Establish, maintain and ensure compliance to all critical accounting policies - Fluent in IFRS, knowledge of Indian and US GAAP an advantage - Provide accounting guidance to entities on new or contemplated policies and ensure compliance Establish, maintain and ensure compliance to procedures and policies relating to internal control Responsible for financial reporting system (Hyperion) as well as major stakeholder in ERP system (Mapics) - Standardisation and adherence to rules across entities, training of users, etc. Manage relationship with outside auditors - Develop scope of audit - Negotiate fees - Establish timetable and deadlines Manage relationship with other critical finance vendors such as Actuaries - Employee benefits providers - Valuation consultants Responsible for a team of 3 to 4 accountants - Experience from Group role - An Internationally recognised accounting qualification e.g.CA/CPA - 8+ years working experience (PQE) - Strategic thinking and attention to detail - Self dependent and hands on working attitude - Willingness to travel - Language skills: Fluency in English required Your application will be sent to Melanie Scherb, please quote the reference FFSC102363 Our client is one of the largest integrated lighting companies in the world.
