| Description |
·Handling Bank statements and ensure optimization of the cash handled by the company. ·Ensure good management of the Fixed assets : Entries, disposals, physical inventory ·Insure AFE management : Control authorisation on AFE documents and make sure amounts expensed are in line with approved AFE ·Process payments via electronic access (both BGL multiline and JPM access) ·Produce VAT declaration for Luxembourg (both monthly and yearly) and other European countries ·Insure proper bookings of salaries ·Book accruals and prepaid by month end as appropriate. ·Produce sales by countries reports. ·Insure proper bookings of Indian liaison office transactions ·Issue rebilling invoices by month end. ·Insure actual operating expenses are in line with Plan and correct transactions if appropriate ·Produce monthly reconciliation for general ledger accounts : Accruals, Prepaids, Salaries, Fixed Assets, VAT, Cash, Tax& ·Work with Treasury accountant to produce and file annual income tax forms ·Produce consolidated operating expenses report for JZ Europe ·Produce consolidated financial backlog report. ·Produce consolidated Working Capital report. ·Produce On-Time report. ·Good PC Skills, especially in Excel and Word ·Proven ability to correctly manage BAAN ERP system to both obtain and provide reliable data/information. ·Profound financial and accounting knowledge ·Excellent analytical skills and logical mindset ·Strong interpersonal skills.
