As Senior Manager QA Release your main responsibilities include: - Manage the whole Submission & Release department ( 8 managers - 30 white collars) - Ensure the release of batches by the official control laboratories in a timely manner and solve eventual problems. - Ensure the release of all final products manufactured at Wavre site in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, with the marketing authorizations and regulatory requirements. - Ensure the release and QA oversight of all contract manufactured products - Ensure the release of all raw materials received at Wavre site. - Ensure the quality of the stability program for commercial product. - Act as Qualified Person/Responsible Pharmacist for GSK Bio Belgium. - Drive the supply chain departments to a higher quality mindset; drive other QA departments to customer orientation and performance management. - Manage budgets, capex and operational expenses for QA Release & Submission. As industrial pharmacist and senior manager, you have a broad experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including current Good Manufacturing Practices and supply chain activities. You are able to make fast decisions whilst assuring a thorough follow-up and continuous improvements. With excellent analytical and communications skills, networking with government agencies is like a second nature to you.
