The selected candidate will be in charge of the following tasks: - Enters/uploads Treasury deals for all Luxembourg entities into Quantum - Reconciles all Luxembourg bank accounts - Enters/uploads netting transactions into Quantum; prepares/uploads netting payments - Completes all documents required for bank account opening, closure, change of signatories and change of electronic banking users for Lux bank accounts and those of related operations - Prepares/circulates agreements for all Luxembourg loans - Completes documentation for all set-up changes in Quantum system touching Luxembourg entities - Issues and files Cash Management Agreements (CMAs) Requirements: - A general knowledge of Treasury processes and/or systems is highly preferred. - Analytical and accurate - Detailed knowledge of MS Office programs including databases; - Knowledge of Treasury Systems and web page programs is desirable - Fluent in English, French very desirable - Entry-level professional position, preferably business school degree MICHAEL PAGE CONTACT: For further info, please send your application to finance@michaelpage.lu quoting job reference : LRIA499188 Eaton is a premier diversified industrial manufacturer with global leadership in electrical systems and components for power quality, distribution and control; fluid power systems and services for industrial, mobile and aircraft equipment; intelligent truck drivetrain systems for safety and fuel economy; and automotive engine air management systems, powertrain solutions and specialty controls for performance, fuel economy and safety. |
