Overall Responsibilities: - Set targets and expectations in terms of European customer segment performance (Global Key Accounts, Regional Key Accounts, National Key Accounts, etc) - Track & report the Europe sales performance via the Customer Operating Statements - Coordinate the Europe Sales Incentives Plan process. Detailed Responsibilities - Manage Europe's customer segment budgeting and planning; - Develop the assumptions for the sales plans forecasting and budgeting; - Ensure that customer plans are contributing to the Europe region targets and country targets; - Manage the customer performance tracking through quarterly reporting to the European Leadership team; - Act as primary interface for customer revenue performance reporting and analysis in Europe and implement reporting improvements to address business needs; - Be the operational contact for the European Sales Incentives processes and activities by defining the sales force objectives, by tracking their quarterly performance and by calculating the sales for incentive payout. - Report to the Revenue Performance Manager. - University degree in Finance or related field; - At least 4 years professional experience with a relevant qualification in business, accounting and/or a related discipline; - PowerPoint and Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Oracle Financial Analyzer is a plus. - Outstanding verbal and written English language skills; - Good understanding of reporting, forecasting and budgeting techniques; - Results oriented and performance driven with a focus on excellence; - Good strategic thinking and business understanding; - Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills; - Stress resistant and proactive; Ability to deliver within agreed deadlines; - Must have a good eye for detail, but also be able to step back and see the bigger strategic picture; - Team Player.
