The Team Lead has the overall responsibility for the assigned area for Design & Construction of the different versions of the GLOBE Template in line with the Business requirements as defined in the scope document. Maintaining the integrity of the GLOBE Processes is paramount to the GLOBE Solution. Managing the technical integration requires vision, planning, and coordination of activities across many different teams and geographies. Mainly, you will be responsible for the design of the business processes using "best practices" internal and external, this includes documentation based on GLOBE standards methodology and guidelines you will have to : - Manage Technical Integration Team, Resource allocation. - Create and update project plans as required by GLOBE Template. - Represent the Integration team at process stream lead meetings in Template. - Ensure quality of business process design and related items e.g. organisational impacts, reporting requirements, performance indicators. - - Ensure that team design business processes which support Strategy Blueprint. - Manage scope changes, gap, issues etc in conjunction with Process Leads. List of tasks is not exhaustive. This position requires an expert in developing Methods and Implementing Approaches, Procedures and Tools. This means that previous experiences will have allowed you to gain : - SAP technical experience - Basis, Transport Management, etc. - SAP System Application Knowledge, especially in GLOBE Split Architecture - Technical SAP Program Integration Skills. - SAP technical implementation methodology (Knowledge on functional Side is a plus) At least 5 years SAP Experience. Aside from these skills, you will demonstrate true leadership behaviour, Strong communication skills i.e. the ability to work independently and self manage to schedule and to impact and convict others, to courageously defend quality as a key guiding principle for our organization, proven analytical and organizational skills, to find practical and results-focused solutions to quality issues, Project and Coordination Management Experience, Ability to work and negotiate with Other Teams and to inspire people to change.
