TASKS/ RESPONSIBILITIES " Lead team of three to four Internal Control Group auditors, providing training and reviewing/ improving controls over financial reporting (SOx controls) in the European region. " Lead efforts to develop annual Internal Control/ SOx plan. " Work with Senior Manager, Internal Control, on other Internal Control projects. " Assist in hiring ICG team members. " Interface with Corporate Internal Audit and external auditors. WORKING ENVIRONMENT " Position is based at European head office in Italy " 30 to 40% travel, primarily in Europe " Team-oriented work approach SKILLS/ POTENTIAL " At least 4 year Accounting or Business University Degree " Experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) controls and testing. " Leadership skills, including ability to persuasively interface with senior managers in various business functions. " Native/ near-native English language abilities. " Knowledge of US GAAP desirable. " Prior SAP experience desirable. BUSINESS BACKGROUND " At least six years of business experience, including accounting/ auditing experience with a major accounting firm servicing multi-national clients.
