* Penetrate new opportunities in telecommunication, network operator and internet appliance organizations * Responsibility for the international strategic business-planning * Management of the business-units sales, marketing and business development * Achieve/exceed revenue and strategic goals in assigned accounts * Develop and co-ordinate key executive relationships with stakeholders within accounts and internal executives * Develop account strategy and business plan, including account planning * Maintain 100% customer satisfaction in all assigned accounts * Maximize all opportunities to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process * After Sales Management to assure planned implementation, customer satisfaction, customer reference-ability and ongoing annual license renewals * Reporting directly to the CEO in Europe * Understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products * 8+ years experience selling complex embedded software deals enabled by professional services in new markets * Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science, business administration, electronics or related studies * Extensive experience in leadership * International operating knowledge * Consolidated technical knowledge within ECO-Systems * Proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the buying process * Demonstrated success establishing and cultivating business relationships with C-level executives * Knowledge of the software development market is desirable * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Excellent oral and written English skills * Willingness to travel on an international level Avantages Attractive Salary Package Our client is a global provider of advanced software technologies to the mobile and beyond-PC markets with more than 1500 employees world wide.
