| Description |
As Senior Manager Line & Light Maintenance, you will be in charge to plan, organize, manage and supervise all activities related to civil aircraft line & light maintenance services. Your role is to respect the maintenance standards and competent authorities regulations as to comply with the customer required level of service, the technical safety operations and the profitability of the activity and all in line with company vision, mission and strategic objectives. You will have the following responsibilities: - Co-operate, co-ordinate & communicate with Sales department for acceptance of customer agreement technical clauses, quotation, BOW, A/C planning visit . - Organise, plan, manage, control & improve the activity in order to ensure that all works on customer fleet are performed according to national and international regulations, the Quality policy requirements, the Customer requirements and agreement, OEM and other official data-Internal & external procedures, Health & Safety rules & regulations and are approved and signed for released to service conform to the applicable regulations, procedures and instructions. - Organise, control the communication with the customers. - Assure an excellent level of performance (on time delivery, quality of work performed) of all works required by contracted operators/customers in accordance with the customer agreed level of performance and in the respect of the budget limitation and to assist in the complete, correct & timely cost elements availability for invoicing purposes - Organise a performance evaluation of each A/C project in order to take corrective actions and improve customer services and this in line with the continuous improvement concept of the company. - Assure response and implementation to any corrective action resulting from internal & external audits. - Manage, communicate & motivate staff in line with Sabena technics principles linked to our vision, mission in order to achieve maximum performance, team development and people satisfaction. - Develop, maintain & control the personnel development, performance & competencies (training plan) and identify actual & future personnel qualification. - Assure & control the balance between available capacity and aircraft maintenance planning and identify future requirements in order to establish recruitment plan - Assure periodically that the work environment & support material are appropriate and conformed to relevant regulations in order to guarantee maintenance standards, health and safety working conditions - Report periodically the activity performance in order to provide management with direction to act on the performance drivers - Maintain & develop social relations with the personnel representatives in order to assure the continuity of the services to the customer - Co-operate with Financial business controller for budget build-up and budget control - Assure and control the issue of cer |
