Job Purpose: Bridgestone Europe Logistics and Supply Chain Management department (LSCM) is currently restructuring completely its logistics network as well as systems (planning systems, execution systems, transportation systems etc..). This will lead to faster reaction on demand changes and increased velocity. The Project Manager, Supply Chain Applications, will be a key interlocutor with LSCM to design state of the art systems using latest technology. Our mission is to provide state of the art, common IT solutions (common systems supporting shared best practices and processes) as well as implementation and support activities to all BSEU Group companies in order to support BSEU strategy and Long Term Plan. Together with LSCM you will be responsible for process optimisation. ICT plays an important role in this optimisation process. - In this challenging job you will design, build and run solutions in a way that delivers bottom-line business value. You will support and manage the implementation of the solution. Your role will not be limited to delivering functional and technical expertise, but will also cover the human aspects of implementing changes to existing structures and ways of working. Tasks include project management, change management and end user support and training - You will be in charge of a dynamic team of ICT professionals, who are encouraged to share knowledge and insights, teaming with European colleagues from different cultural backgrounds, speaking different languages where your role is based on a realistic commitment to deliver results. You enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge with other team members in helping solving complex business issues, thus maximising the results. Your multi-disciplinary competencies allow you to address issues from every angle. Studies in computer sciences preferred. University Degree. Minimum of 7 years experience with at least 2 years experience in large complex projects. Experience with planning systems like e.g. APO, Manugistics, I2 is a major asset. You have gained deep knowledge and experience in the design and process optimisation, covering the full project cycle, preferably in an international environment. You have a good technical background as well as good business understanding, clear view and opinion on relevant SAP developments.
