The job holder will be responsible to support the retail business expansion by supporting the deployment of the Navision application into different countries as well as by developing new enhancements. As such, you will: - Present the current retail solution to local country teams - Analyse business requirements and agree on gap resolution - Design solutions & Liaise with the implementation team - Train end users.You will be an expert in identifying and documenting business processes in the Navision framework and will also be able to advise as part of the analysis process. Key Areas: 1. Present the current retail solution to local country teams (detailed demo per business process) You will present the Retail software solution, using your functional expertise (mainly in Financial Management, Sales and Marketing, Inventory management) to demo, define and capture business processes, functional and system requirements in an implementation environment. Clear process documentation. 2. Analyse business requirements and agree on gap resolution You capture with a questioning mind set the (user and system) requirements and subject them to review to test that they are valid. You analyze, classify and prioritize the requirements, map them against standard Navision, evaluate and recommend process improvements. Detailed analysis of missing functionalities.User requirements documentation is clearly expressed and complete. 3. Design Solutions & Liaise with the implementation team You provide a design for future developments which will be used to clarify interactions between those performing development work, discussion with end users and in negotiation with external suppliers so that the solution matches the overall business requirements. You will use techniques that assist this process (data flows diagrams, decision trees, entity modelling etc...). You weigh many options to develop the optimal balance between a number of constraints (cost, desired functionality, existing infrastructure, technological limitations etc...) Clear design solution 4. Train end users Construct, facilitate and deliver functional business workshops and deliver training courses in a highly professional manner and to a high level of quality. End users are well trained to do their day-to-day work and have appropriate user material (manual etc...) Master degree in the domains of accounting, business or computer sciences. Professional Certification: Navision Certified Consultant Professional Experience: Ideally, you will have worked on 1 or more end-to-end large-scale ERP international rollouts of Navision version 4.0 in the last 2 to 3 years and you have knowledge of the automotive industry.You will require to have a keen appreciation for change management, system integration, technical and system access requirements.
