- Take over Software development Project tasks - Administration, development and maintenance of our global middleware architecture - Close teamwork - Connection, maintenance and support our existing and future customers and suppliers which are involved in data exchange with Avnet - Creation of Functional Specification in collaboration with our user base - Develop new and use existing Web Services within our global infrastructure - Data Architecture (creation and maintenance) - A concluded training with emphasis of computer science or comparable work experience - Experience with conception of interfaces in the area of Enterprise Application Integration - Working knowledge in the area of middleware-Technologies - Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written - High measure of operability, team spirit and surpassing communication capability - At least 2 years experience in creation and using of Web Services - Working knowledge in the Area of B2B Connections (EDI/RosettaNet) to Customer and Supplier - At least 3 years of experience in Software Development (Java or .NET) - Experience with Web Methods or comparable EAI Products are essential Experience of working in a global Team would be an advantage Our client is a highly specialized distributor of electronic components across Europe, the Middle East and South Africa.
