Primary responsabilities: - Take calls from customers, perform preliminary analysis of the situation, identify and inform appropriate Intuitive staff for problem resolution - Log all reported field activities into central database. - Assures follow up with customer has occurred (explanation, issues, failure, accounting) - Monitors call escalation and track for closure. - Process and manage instrument/consumable sales orders. - Proactively call customers to generate orders for consumables/instruments. - Perform trend analysis for instrument/consumable use - Generate reports for open calls, upgrade activity, Preventive Maintenance and sales activity. - Maintain service documentation. - Provide assistance in overall office administration as needed - Coordinate installations activities (install team) and maintain field schedules. - Minimum of 3 years experience of international customer support provided ideally in a mid size multinational and fast growing environment - Fluent at least in English and French, plus either German, Italian or Spanish - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Flexible but reliable - A keen ability to organize, prioritize and juggle tasks (Able to work independently with minimal supervision) - Strong knowledge of the MS Office product suite, SAP is a plus - Having worked in a US group and/or in the medical industry environment is a plus - This position requires a person with University level education (minimum 2 years post graduate school degree) Our client, a growing international company leader in it's field is recruiting today for it's newly operating office in the French part of Switzerland a Customer Service Assistant.
